Metro HH recently received a fantastic letter after supporting a local youth organization:
To Roslyn and all the Staff at Metropolitan Home Health Services:
The Arlington Youth Counseling Center (AYCC) and the Team Up for AYCC soccer tournament organizers gratefully acknowledge your donation of Red Sox tickets to the silent auction at this years’s soccer fundraising event, held Saturday, June 21, 2014. Your generous contribution generated much interest from team participants, spectators and families alike, and helped to raise nearly $12,000 for AYCC.
The Arlington Youth Counseling Center (AYCC) is a critical resource for children, adolescents and families in Arlington. A community based outpatient mental health center, AYCC provides direct mental and behavioral health counseling and pharmacotherapy to youth and families living in Arlington. AYCC serves clients for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, psychiatric hospitalization, behavior difficulties, grief and loss, stress in school, family violence, and alcohol and drug abuse. To upload its mission of serving all Arlington families, regardless of ability to pay and to ensure that the many services offered through AYCC remain intact, the agency relies heavily on generous donations and support from the community.
Thank you again for contributing to the Team Up for AYCC fundraiser, and for exrpessing your support for high quality, mental health services for youth and families in Arlington.
Sincerely,
Colleen Leger
