Every Metropolitan Home Health Services, Inc. caregiver is an employee, not a contract worker, and is carefully screened, fully insured, and bonded. The result is long-term employees who love what they do.

Each employee:

  • is thoroughly screened and CORI checked
  • receives a comprehensive evaluation of skills, training, and personality
  • must pass competency testing and license verification
  • is bonded and covered by general professional liability insurance
  • is supervised by registered nurses (RNs) 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week
