Why Choose Us?

Because we are a Massachusetts licensed, fully insured and bonded private in-home health care agency providing the personal, considerate and effective care that can only come from a family-run business. No franchise or absentee-owner business can offer the quality of care and treatment that comes from a locally owned, family-run business truly committed to exceptional care.
Every Metropolitan Home Health Services, Inc. caregiver is an employee, not a contract worker, and is carefully screened, fully insured, and bonded. The result is long-term employees who love what they do.
Each employee:
- is thoroughly screened and CORI checked
- receives a comprehensive evaluation of skills, training, and personality
- must pass competency testing and license verification
- is bonded and covered by general professional liability insurance
- is supervised by registered nurses (RNs) 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week
Our Mission
Treat each and every client the way we would want to be treated ourselves. We help them safely stay with dignity and independence in their own homes as long as possible, knowing that homecare is often the best care for maintaining health and happiness.
